At Coastal Craft our primary goal is to provide our customers with the knowledge and expertise that will guide them through the process of designing, building and maintaining their Coastal Craft boat.

Exclusive Care – Every Coastal Craft yacht is designed and built to enhance its owner’s lifestyle. Great care and detail goes into every boat to ensure that they provide their owners with an enjoyable and trouble free boating experience. At Coastal Craft our customer’s 100% satisfaction is always our main focus. With “100% Customer Satisfaction” in mind we have developed a “Personal Care” service department offered exclusively to Coastal Craft boat owners. This personal care approach allows Coastal Craft Boat owner’s access to the expertise of our entire boat building resources. A specialized “Service Team” has been set up to facilitate all the requirements and desires of our customers. The core members of our “Service Team” are highly devoted and trained technicians that specialize in working closely with our customers. They are professional, courteous and attentive to the needs of every owner. They work in cooperation with our talented production crews who initially built the boat, to offer an all-inclusive care treatment. This collaboration of Coastal Craft crews ensures a seamless execution of all the work required or requested by the boat owner. Upon completion of the work, our “Service Team” will present the boat back to the owner in a “Factory Delivered” state. Because the work is performed by the factory, the original factory warranty will not be compromised. This gives security to the owner that their boat and initial investment is sound. The alternative being that additional work performed by outside boatyards must be warranted by a separate warranty provided by the Boat Yard. This can cause confusion and uncertainty on future warranty coverage. We feel that by offering a comprehensive in-house service at competitive rates, we are providing better value to our customers. The Coastal Craft Service Team is an extension of the company’s arm and is there to support customers through the day to day ownership of their Coastal Craft boat.       

Extent of Services - We provide exceptional customer care & support to all our customers. Whether we are providing technical advise or undertaking a major engine refit, we take the time necessary to ensure the customer understands their options and is satisfied with the information or service we have provided. We want our customers to feel as though they are always involved in all aspects of their boats service and maintenance. We will walk them through the process so they fully understand the scope of the work, the timeframe to complete the work and of course the cost associated with the job. As the work progresses our representatives are in constant communication with the owner to update them on progress and advise them of any additional work or changes that may be required. These changes are discussed and once accepted by the owner, are then performed.

• Regular schedule maintenance requirement of mechanical systems.

• Installation of the latest electronic navigation equipment.

• Installation and operation of water makers systems.

• Interior refits projects such as the addition of entertainment cabinets and systems.

• Installation of a variety of davit cranes and systems.

• Yacht painting and finishing.

• Welding and fabricating.

• Custom upholstery and canvass work.

• Provide engine re-power and or rebuild.

• Custom wood joinery projects.

• Personal artwork by local artisans. 

• Stainless steel railings and custom deck details.

• Boat transport including lift out & hauling.

• Boat delivery and pick up service.

We are authorized factory representatives for the majority of the products we install in our boats. Our technicians receive factory training and information which allows us to better service the product. This relationship between product manufacturers and boat builder ensures we can offer better service to our customers.
